Annick Platt

Director of Operations LTE Group & Director Novus Gower

Annick joined the organisation in 2011. She has led the North West region as Operations Manager and Regional Director for the majority of this time before undertaking her current role as Director of Operations.

Prior to joining Novus, Annick started her career teaching in prison before progressing into senior management roles in the community and the Prison Service. In total, Annick has more than 20 years' experience of working with offenders.
