Having worked within the education sector in a variety of roles both within a Local Authority and Further Education context, Mark has a wealth of experience in developing and delivering high performing provisions.

Throughout his career, Mark has overseen several areas across education, skills and employability, including in recent years our successful prison-based provision. He has also improved opportunities for prisoners across South Wales and England to access a diverse range of education, training and employment through our Better Jobs, Better Futures Programme.
