Amina Bodhania

Head of Partnerships and Business Improvement Novus & Mobilisation Director Novus Gower

Amina began her teaching career at Macclesfield College and then progressed her career in prison education with Novus for 11 years, holding a variety of positions from Skills for Life Manager to Education Manager. She has worked with prisoners of all age groups, from young adults to adults.

This experience has been gained in an equally varied range of establishments from open to high security. In 2017, Amina transitioned into a group role working on several change projects.

Amina is driven by a passion and commitment that providing a quality education should remain at the heart of what we do and be for the benefit of our learners, colleagues, and the diverse communities that we serve.
