Cath Jenkins

Director of Employability Gower College Swansea & Director Novus Gower

Cath Jenkins is currently Director of Employability at Gower College Swansea, having joined the college in 2017. Cath previously worked for Welsh Government in a number of roles, most latterly as Deputy Director, Employability and EU Funding within the Skills, Higher Education and Lifelong Learning Directorate. Cath has over 25 years’ experience in the field of employability and skills, having worked in a variety of policy and delivery roles.

Within these roles, she has led the development of national strategy and policy on a range of employment and skills issues, including policy on offender learning in Wales, and has overseen the delivery of numerous employability and skills programmes at a national and local level.
